In our Virtual P.E. program, classes are designed to develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, health awareness and grow self-confidence! When you team up with Y.A.Y! Fitness we bring 3 great aspects to your room: Sports, Fitness and Health Awareness.

Sports: a variety of fun games to engage kids while exposing them to a variety of different sports. We strive to build muscle coordination and sports fundamentals while creating a love for athletics. The sports we provide in our program are: Soccer, Football, Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Hockey and Volleyball.

Fitness: a variety of movements and fun games to engage kids while teaching them the fundamentals of exercise and the importance of physical activity, while creating a love for fitness.

Health Awareness: activities and lessons to engage kids while exposing them to an understand the importance of personal hygiene, good foods for the body, and so much more. By having fun learning these best practices and choices we will provide kids the tools and passion to live a healthier lifestyle.
With our partnership, your students will be multiskilled with academics to physical education. This enables them to continue their fundamental growth, equipping them to be successful for years to come.
